Bike Park
The Mayfair Meadows Park in Belgrade will be a year-round community gathering space that will serve all ages for generations to come. Located on a 4.5-acre Belgrade city lot, the park was earmarked for park space 20 years ago when the surrounding subdivision was developed for housing. The lot is undeveloped at this time and is within walking distance to two elementary schools and the middle and high schools. The Belgrade Community Coalition has led community outreach and begun the process of gathering feedback, raising support, and getting the word out about the park! Currently the proposed amenities include a large pump track (bike skills and jump line area), a single-track route for use by cyclists and pedestrians, a small playground, a covered pavilion with public restrooms, and open park space.

Mayfair Meadows Park Master Plan draft is now available!
COMPLETED PROJECTS
SKATEPARK
Through dedication, perseverance, and incredible support from our community, the Belgrade Skatepark opened in 2016 at Lewis and Clark Park with the help of Skateboard Alliance of Montana (formerly GVSA)
The skate park has been a huge success, with kids of all ages using it year-around.
YOUTH ART PROJECT
In 2016, Phases I and II were completed when twelve utility boxes were wrapped in art created by local kids.
We completed the third phase of our Youth Art project, wrapping trash cans in Lewis & Clark Park at the end of July 2017.
Over 160 pieces of student art was submitted and 45 were chosen to wrap the trash cans, including 3 Community Choice Winners.
BELGRADE BULL
Belgrade local, Keith Mainwaring brought the idea of creating a mural of the Belgrade Bull to the Belgrade Community Coalition. Along with his fundraising skills, artist Wendy Marquis's creation, and our project management - the city of Belgrade has new art to adorn our town.

Check it out on the side of Montana Camp Antiques and Gifts next time your downtown.
